Newport Beach Aquatics is a non-profit youth sports program that is dedicated to teaching the fundamentals of aquatics sports, water polo, and swimming, in a safe, healthy and fun environment. We aim to become recognized as the best aquatics program in the nation.
Newport Beach Aquatics Club (NBAC) is the master organization that operates Newport Beach Water Polo (NBWP) and Newport Beach Swim Team. As a member, coach, athlete or parent of NBAC, it is expected to set a good example through sportsmanship, encouragement, behavior, and support of fellow team members.
By registering for and participating in NBAC, NBWP, and/or NBST, members, coaches, athletes, and parents acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by the NBAC Athlete and Parent Code of Conduct, USAWP Code of Conduct, USA Swimming Code of Conduct, and SafeSport while training, traveling, or competing as a member of NBAC. Members, coaches, athletes, and parents further acknowledge and agree that participation in NBAC, NWP, and/or NBST is a privilege, strictly voluntary, that many other aquatics opportunities are available and agree to observe and abide by and understand the consequences of violating the Code of Conduct.
This document is designed to be an addendum to USA Water Polo and SafeSport. It’s additional intent is to address areas specific to NBAC.
